NADZORRO is a community of professionals launched in 2017 in Kyiv.
Provides technical expertise and diagnostics of buildings and structures for various purposes. Performs technical inspections of objects of consequence classes: medium - CC2, significant - CC3
2017 - Technical inspection of industrial and manufacturing facilities.
2020 - Technical inspection services for public and residential facilities. This solved the problems of various balance sheet holders, co-owners, and building owners.
2021 - Technical audit of buildings when purchasing real estate. Assessment of the technical condition and the possibility of changing the purpose during reconstruction, as part of investment projects of developers.
2022 - Service for the restoration of buildings. Ranking of objects by categories of damage, preparation of inspection programs, advising balance sheet holders and financing funds.
